Polyurethane Adhesive
Polyurethanes are one-component thermoplastic systems in solvents
often containing catalysts in small amounts to introduce a degree of thermosetting properties. They are also available as two-part thermosetting products in liquid form, with or without solvents,second part is a hardener.
Polyurethane adhesives make good adhesives for a number of reasons:
- They effectively wet the surface of most substrates.
- They can interact with the substrate through polar interactions.
- Through molecular composition the adhesive stiffness, elasticity and crosslinking can be tailored to suit specific needs.
The adhesive solutions are applied to both surfaces to be bonded. Some time is allowed for the solvents to evaporate and the surfaces are then pressed together, at which point inter-diffusion of the polymer chains will occur.
Based on their outstanding properties polyurethane adhesive have found broad use in many application areas The segments in which polyurethane adhesives are used most are:footwear industry, construction , woodworking, transportation, packing and assembly operations.

BOGNER 2RD
Polyurethane based two component adhesive.
BOGNER 2RD is used for bonding synthetic soles, PVC sole, PU sole, EVA sole, EVA sheet, TPR sole, TPE sole.
BOGNER 2RD is a high grade adhesive.

Viscosity : 1400-1700cps at 25oC ± 5oC
Shelf Life : 12 months between 20 and 30oC in closed original packaging from date of manufacture.
BOGNER 3RD
Polyurethane based two component adhesive.
BOGNER 3RD is used for bonding synthetic soles, PVC sole, PU sole, EVA sole, EVA sheet, TPR sole, TPE sole, rubber sole, rubber rendel sole, phylon sole.
BOGNER 3RD is a high grade adhesive.

BOGNER 7RD
Polyurethane based adhesive can be use as a single component and two component.
BOGNER 7RD is used for bonding PVC sole, PU sole, EVA sole, EVA sheet, TPR sole, TPE sole, rubber sheet, phylon sole. It is a special grade for high quality sole.

BOGNER 8RD
Polyurethane based adhesive can be use as a single component and two component

Polyurethane based two component adhesive.

BOGNER MA 100
Polyurethane based two component adhesive.
BOGNER MA 100 is a PVC membrane adhesive used for bonding teakwood to synthetic PVC membrane.
BOGNER MA 100 is a special grade adhesive.

Viscosity : 400-500cps at 25oC ± 5oC
Shelf Life : 12 months between 20 and 30oC in closed original packaging from date of manufacture.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Substrates preparation :
The substrates to be assembled must be dry, dust free and not have any traces of grease or other contaminants that
could adversely affect the adhesive performance.
If the substrates need to be cleaned, BOGNER 5670. Check the compatibility of the solvent used with the substrates. When using solvents, extinguish all sources of ignition and carefully follow the safety and handling instructions given by the manufacturer.
Temperature of adhesive and substrates has to be between 15 and 30 °C.
Application :
Apply with a brush a regular layer of adhesive on each substrate to be bonded.
Let dry about 5 minutes and then put materials into contact and press firmly.
First setting will be strong, definitive setting is reached after 48 hours.
In order to ensure good water and heat resistance (more than 80°C), add 4 % of Hardener.

5 lit and 25 lit metal cans
200 lit containers
SAFETY
Highly inflammable and irritant. Container should be kept closed when not in use. Store it in cool dry place.
